Food Service Manager:
345 Goldstream Dining Co. seeks a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Food Service Manager to control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Ensure maintenance of equipment facility, and grounds through the use of preventative maintenance program. Ensure food quality and 100% satisfaction. Supervise personnel including, hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. Ensure equipment, supplies, and work area are maintained and sanitized in compliance with health standards. Inspect and maintain food quality, handling, and safety standards. Prepare preliminary and final cost estimates. High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience as any managerial positions are required. Worksite: Newport Beach, CA.
