Aerotech is currently hiring a Human Resources Director to work in our facility located in RIDC Park (Pittsburgh, 15238).

Position Summary:
Manage all facets of human resources including but not limited to recruiting, benefit design, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management and legal compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Design and execute innovative HR strategies throughout the organization.
- Responsible for building collaborative and effective relations with leaders throughout the organization
- Provide leadership to the human resources department
- Develop and execute Aerotech’s recruiting strategy
- Administer company’s compensation program including regular reviews of market data to adjust salary ranges, approval of payroll change forms to ensure consistency in application of company program, and approve starting pay rates
- Identify training needs and implement training solutions
- Serve as Predictive Index subject matter expert
- Responsible for benefit design and administration
- Conduct investigations into employment related matters
- Coach managers on personnel matters
- Manage performance review process
- Participate in strategic planning activities
- Provide Human Resources support to global subsidiaries
- Review and manage FMLA and ADA claims
- Ensure legal compliance with various governmental laws and regulations
- Complete annual Affirmative Action requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in business administration, human resources, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Master of Business Administration, preferred
- SPH, SHRM-SCP, preferred
- At least 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least five years of at the senior management level
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Global experience, preferred
- Predictive Index Practitioner
- Experience with ADP
