Project Manager / Business Analyst
In this role, you will apply association tools and best practices to project management and process improvement; design monitoring and exception reporting as needed to manage process and project risk; develop, implement and monitor communication plans for all projects, process improvement and products as assigned; coordinate and assist with training development and delivery; and actively search out opportunities to improve AgCountry products, processes and technology environment by considering new products or new ways to use existing products.
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field or equivalent work experience; 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible process, project or people leadership experience (preferred); ability to analyze and document business processes; have effective project management skills; and have business process improvement training or skills; or have PMP, BPM, Six Sigma, Agile or related certifications, apply today!
