Development and HR/Purchasing Associate
HR/Purchasing:
- Process payroll when the HR Administrator is out of the office, a minimum of 6 times per year
- Keep the office fully stocked with supplies
- Answer the phones, check the general mailbox
- Place orders for schools on an as needed basis
- Any other tasks assigned by the HR Administrator
Development/Fundraising/Marketing:
- Assist the Senior Vice President (SVP) with all fundraising and marketing duties
- Manage fundraising database, generate thank you letters, and generate reports
- Serve as point of contact for donors, partners, etc.
- Assist with donor and partner acquisition
- Solicit corporate sponsorships for events
- Assist with planning and production of two annual special events
- Schedule and help the SVP prepare for meetings
- Represent BCP at community events, as needed
- Manage fall direct mail appeal
- Assist with organizational and school-wide marketing
- Assist with cultivation of individual, corporate, and foundation partnerships
- Assist with grant management, reporting, and research.
- Manage annual fundraising calendar
- Order fundraising/marketing supplies
- Provide general administrative support
- Other tasks assigned by the SVP
