LEGAL Buda Law Group seeks (2) FT Immigration Paralegal Managers in Arcadia, CA to prep Immigration Related Forms & Letters. Have knowl & exp for employment & family immigration cases. Prepare affidavits or other docs, such as legal correspondence, & organize & maintain docs in paper or electronic filing system. Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, app forms, & contracts. Prepare cases for submission to the USCIS by performing tasks such as printing & organizing exhibits. Investigate facts & law of cases & search pertinent sources, such as public records & internet sources, to determine causes of action & to prepare cases. Meet w/clients & other professionals to discuss details of case. Manage 1-2 other subordinate Paralegals. Chinese Language ability pref’d.
