CAO is looking for their next VP of HR. The right candidate will successfully balance being hands-on and strategic; focused on recruiting, perform management, ee relations, learning, benefits & HR operations to curate and build a culture for a 700+ employee, multi-site organization with 1 union.
Qualifications (Minimum):
Masters degree in HR or business, or Bachelors degree with SHRM or Cornell ILR certification + 10 years demonstrated progressive HR management experience, 2 as the top HR person in a company of at least 300 employees.
Multi-site management experience. Demonstrated working knowledge of employment & labor law. Experienced leading learning organizations. Demonstrated success with benefit design & model changes to suit the growing size and needs of the business and EE population.
