The Lincoln plant is currently hiring production workers.  It is preferred that the candidates have some manufacturing experience.  Job requirements include the ability to read on a high school level, compute simple math calculations, and wear safety shoes, safety glasses and other personal protective equipment where appropriate.  During the summer, temperature in the plant can reach over 100 and there is no air conditioning in most departments.

Prior to being hired, candidates will be required to complete a background check, drug screening and a complete physical.  If positions are not currently available, applicants will be placed in a hiring pool for future opportunities.

The pay rate for new employees varies from $16.17/hr to $17.57/hr depending on the job placement.  All new hires are given 5% increases every year until they reach full pay which is currently $23.11/hr to $25.11/hr for most jobs.  After 30 days of continuous service, new hire employees are eligible for most benefits including dental, vision and more.  After 90 days of continuous service, new hire employees are eligible for medical and prescription benefits.

Production workers must be able to work any of three shifts; 7A – 3P; 3P -11P, 11P – 7A and Saturdays can be mandatory.  A few positions will require working a rotating 12 hour shift which is 7A – 7P & 7P – 7A.

All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.A.
