Executive Administrative Assistant
Country Partner Cooperative is a progressive, growth-oriented Ag cooperative that seeks a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant.
This position reports to the CEO and will perform a wide variety of responsible, confidential, and multifaceted administrative duties for the CEO and act as a liaison with management, staff, customers, board of directors, and vendors. Duties will include but are not limited to; preparing reports/presentations, arranging and organizing events for large and small groups, managing corporate donations and advertising/marketing coordination as needed.
Requirements: Successful candidates must demonstrate an ability to maintain highly confidential information. Qualifications include: Possessing an Associate Degree, plus four or more years of experience; course work in business, journalism, or related field desired; demonstrated ability in meeting and working with the public; ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing; knowledge and demonstrated skill in using Word, Excel, and Power Point.
