Requires: BA Degree in Business Admin or related field.
Provide cost effective management and analytic support through administrative, financial, managerial, and operational analyses and evaluation using data from internal and external sources to provide insight on matters related to insurance sales support activities with knowledge of Sales Force application, WorkFront, and ECRM. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies. Collect and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data for monitoring performance and financial information, identifying trends, planning programs, and resolving problems. Identify findings, develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Present analysis progress reports and recommend actions to manager with strong communication and writing skills and the ability to draw conclusions based on data. Provide operational support for management processes, assist with planning, budgeting and financial management issues. Maintain financial and administrative processes and records. Monitor contracts and related documentation. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
