About IDX:
At IDX, we believe that automation has the potential to transform the quality, accessibility, and affordability of medical diagnosis. IDX is expanding its team to launch the first autonomous AI diagnostic system cleared by the FDA for use in the front-lines of healthcare.
What We Are Looking For:
- IDX is looking for a driven, results-oriented Product Owner to work closely with product, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to quickly and consistently deliver customer value.
- As Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding the vision as defined by the product team, communicating that vision, and collaborating closely with the engineering teams during planning, development, and review.
- The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing the team backlog and must provide leadership to get work done via the engineering team
- This position has significant relationships outside of the engineering team is working closely with the Product Manager and other product owners to ensure the solution delivers on product priorities and the product vision
Responsibilities may include:
- Lead in turning business needs into features
- Coordinate with other teams to prioritize features and stories with external dependencies
- Create and prioritize the backlog to drive iterative content
- Help define acceptance criteria for features
- Provide clarification and feedback between the Product, business stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Own responsibility for the priority of items in a release
- Negotiate with stakeholders related to the scope of those release items
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technology-related field
- Working experience in product ownership, product management, or agile implementation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Functional/technical aptitude and an ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and assess new opportunities with engineering team members
- Highly skilled in setting priorities in alignment with the need to achieve the organizational goals and vision
- Must be able to handle conflict effectively and drive for results
Desirable Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in agile teams highly preferred
- Analytics experience highly preferred
- Certified Product Owner (CPO)
- Experience and demonstrated success in managing complex projects
