* Performs a variety of physical therapy patient care activities with patients of all ages
* Assesses patient responses to treatment and adapts treatment plan to meet changing needs
* Instructs patient and families to ensure continuity of care to the patient
* Documents all treatments, patient responses, and patient progress
* Supervises the clinical patient care given by the Therapy Techs
Accountability: Reports to the Director Rehabilitation Services.

Must be able to speak, read and write English neatly and legibly. Requires constant use of good body mechanics. Required to walk or stand most of the day. Employee must lift/carry/push 20 to 40 lbs. occasionally. Assists patients weighing up to 300 lbs. with walking, transferring and therapy. Requires frequent bending, stooping, climbing, reaching overhead, crouching, and pulling. Must be able to operate a computer keyboard.

Qualifications Qualifications:* Associates Degree from an accredited school or university * Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy Assistant license OR be eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma AND able to practice under the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Practice Act. Must have completed licensure by 6 months after initial temporary license is issued. (Must present letter/permit proving eligibility upon hire.)* Current BLS or CPR certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire required * Experience is preferred. * Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). * Current BLS or CPR certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire required.
