Responsibilities and Qualifications
Instrument Technicians receive, clean, and process instruments, equipment, and reusable supplies for the hospital and clinics. They ensure that all items are free of any bio burden and neatly assemble them for use. They ensure that all instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterilized per manufacturer's recommendations for use as required. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. To achieve our goals, we need all the parts functioning at their best and this requires the specific qualifications that you'll bring with you: Education: High School Diploma or GED.Experience: Minimum of one year experience in Supply Chain.Preferred Certifications: Approved supply chain certification such as: APICS (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CSCP) Certified Supply Chain Professional IAHCSMM (CRCST) Certified Registered Central Service Technician We'll Support You at Work and Home Our foundations are built on dignity and respect.
