Responsibilities and Qualifications
Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including but not limited to unpaid, denied and underpaid claims. Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. To achieve our goals, we need all the parts functioning at their best and this requires the specific qualifications that you'll bring with you: Minimum Required Qualifications Education:HS Degree or Equivalent Other Skills and Knowledge:Computer and keyboarding skills Preferred Qualifications Experience:Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experiencePrior Revenue CycleHealthcare billing or insurance Other Skills and Knowledge:Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledgeCommunication and customer service skills We'll Support You at Work and Home Our foundations are built on dignity and respect.
