The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the management, planning, development, and implementation of Authority-wide administrative, personnel and HR functions including FMLA and workers compensation. Position includes oversight of insurance contracts, marketing programs and services, all in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Authority. Qualifications are a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field and five years of escalating responsibilities in a governmental, management or related position.
