Salary Range: $59,498 - $82,389
Portland Public Schools (PPS) Human Resources Department is seeking talented people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are seeking an HR Data Analyst who will be responsible for data entry, analysis, and auditing as well as the regular, routine collection and dissemination of employment-related data.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, is a team player who collaborates with others, and has the ability to analyze and think critically about the data for which they are responsible. Candidates who are organized, flexible, and technically savvy are strongly desirable. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration
- Human Resources Data Analyst I – a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with human resources, payroll, or information technology experience as an application administrator, business analyst, or data entry analyst
- Human Resources Data Analyst II - a minimum of (3) years of experience working with human resources, payroll, or information technology experience as an application administrator, business analyst, or data entry analyst
- Any other combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered.
