Management Information Systems Analyst: Develop and optimize AI-driven talent evaluation systems to enhance team-building accuracy and improve hiring outcomes. Analyze current HR and IT workflows, implementing AI and machine learning tools to streamline processes and increase decision-making efficiency. Embed data-driven insights into operational systems to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and support digital transformation.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.

Education or experience must include: Data Structures, Operations Research, Database Applications, Database Systems, and Information Resources Management.
