An Aerospace Company is seeking a Stockroom Assistant/Kit Puller
1st shift Mon-Thur 7:00am-3:30pm and Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Stockroom Assistant/Kit Puller position is to ensure on time loading of jobs to production through effective material expediting. Your other responsibilities will include
Maintain material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities.
Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials require, availability of stock, and order priority
Communicate with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and inform supervisors of material status.
Locate and distribute materials to specified production areas, manually or using a handcart.
Maintain records such as material inventory, and production records manually or using a computer
Compare work order specifications to material used at work station to verify appropriate assignment.
Requirements:
High Scholl Diploma or GED
Must be detailed Oriented
Extremely Organized
Excellent Communication skills
Must be able to interact well with all levels of staff and management.
