Senior Strategist (TBWA Worldwide, Inc. d/b/a TBWA/Media Arts Lab, Los Angeles, CA)
Translate data into insights & strategies that help measure & drive every campaign. Provide data & evidential insights to help planners build creative briefs & yearlong strategies for their pods. Identify & track Key Performance Insights, both on a short & long-term basis. Work closely with global teams based in the United Kingdom, China, Latin America & Singapore.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree or US equivalent in Data Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Engineering, Statistics, International Business Management, or related, plus 2 years professional experience performing data analysis (including primary & secondary research, & 3rd-party data analysis) & developing market intelligence to translate data into insights for Senior Management & clients for a Fortune 500 company within mobile/consumer industry.
Must also have: 2 years professional experience identifying consumer trends & developing actionable recommendations & strategy plans from data analysis; 2 years professional experience using social listening tools (includes Netbase) to develop insights & strategies; 2 years professional experience using Excel tools (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large files, graphing, & statistical analysis) to identify & track KPIs; 2 years professional experience establishing KPIs for traditional & social media marketing & advertising campaigns to help drive & measure the campaigns; any professional experience conducting, reviewing, & analyzing quantitative research with vendor to translate data to insights & strategy to help drive & measure marketing & advertising campaigns; any professional experience working abroad or with international teams.
