Position Overview
We’re currently seeking a Personal Injury Attorney who is licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing law, and a strong drive to advocate for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven attorney looking to take their career to the next level. You’ll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team, with real opportunities to participate in depositions, hearings, and the development of case strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake to resolution
• Participate in and conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute legal strategies
• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the case

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing law (personal injury preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, research, and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail with the ability to adapt to evolving situations
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
