Notice of Business Manager / District Clerk The Three Forks School District J-24 seeks a Business Manager/District Clerk to join our leadership team. We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications: a bachelor's degree with a major in business, accounting, economics, finance or related field. Preference will be given to those with Black Mountain Software experience, school budget as well as school finance. Successful experience as a school clerk is preferred. The applicant should have knowledge of finance and budgeting principles as well as strong organizational skills. (Training and support will be available.) The Business Manager/ District Clerk will direct all functions of the district business office. The position includes performing duties of the district clerk including a variety of tasks associated with the School Board of Trustees. The position also requires strong organizational skills. Other responsibilities include providing accurate, timely reporting of information pertaining to the district. The successful candidate will work closely with the superintendent and other district personnel. The starting salary will be $45,000 Depending On Experience and includes health insurance, vacation, and sick leave and retirement benefits. This position is a 12 month position. The appointment is renewed annually by the Three Forks School Board.
