The Customer Care Team Member will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.
Measures of Success:
- Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services
- Call customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
- Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service
- Update clients' accounts to maintain data integrity
- Troubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operation
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- A warm, approachable, outgoing manner
- Enjoys helping people and is customer focused
- Experience using database management systems
- Fast learner and self-starter
- Team player
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical expertise preferred

- Ability to work some weekends and occasional holidays/ Remotely
