Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities, assistance with:
- Support managers and senior staff in performing job responsibilities
- Purchase orders, quotes, shipping documents, reports, etc.
- Quality control, inspection
- Coordinate delivery of supplies
- Organize and maintain files (computerized and hard files)
- Update and maintain data entry
- Provide administrative assistance
** The employee may perform other related duties as to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Skills:
- Entry level position
- Basic computer skills including MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Able to follow instruction and complete task in a timely manner
- Willingness to learn, multi-task team player
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, well organized
- Positive and professional demeanor
