Dental Assistant II
Iowa City - The University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry is accepting applications for Dental Assistants.
Job Duties:
- UI offers an exciting opportunity to work in a teaching environment with dental students/health care professionals providing clinical chairside assistance to faculty, dental students, and specialty graduate dentists.
- Interacting with patients, patient management, coaching dental students, making digitized radiographs, as well as chair-side, assisting.
- Hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8 - 5.

Requirements:
By the time of appointment, applicants must have: successful completion of ADAA accredited dental assistant program or 24 full-time months chairside dental assisting experience in 4-handed dental practice; Iowa certificate of dental assistant registration; and State of Iowa radiology certification.
