Administrative Assistant
The Bumpers College at the University of Arkansas is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in the Student Services Office.
The administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining class schedules in the UAConnect system and CLSS system, serves as the liaison to the Registrar's Office for scheduling, grade entry, student lists, final exam schedule, coordinating course evaluations, and performing general office duties as assigned. This position provides assistance for routine academic functions, Bumpers College point of contact for walk-in, email and telephone inquiries. The administrative assistant reports to the Retention and Curriculum Coordinator of the Bumpers College.
Required Qualifications for this position include the formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.
Preferred Qualifications for this position include experience with the University of Arkansas UAConnect system, R-25 Room Scheduling System, CourseEval System, at least one year of experience working in a higher education setting, and at least one year of customer service experience.
Salary is $25,268.
